Mertins Media creates personal animated films based on the materials and stories provided by the client. Every project is unique and produced individually.

The exact scope, timeline and cost are agreed before production begins and are recorded in a separate agreement.

Work on a project begins after the order is confirmed and a deposit is paid. The remaining amount is paid according to the agreed terms.

The cost depends on the chosen format and the complexity of the project.

By submitting photographs, video, audio and other materials, you confirm that you have the right to use them for creating the film.

We use the materials you provide solely for work on your project.

At key stages of production we agree the script, visual style and voice-over with you. The details of the approval process are set out in the contract.

After full payment, the client receives the finished film for personal use. Mertins Media may use fragments of the work in its portfolio only with the client's permission.
